Starting from the 21th UN Climate Change Conference of Parties (COP21), hosted in Paris in 2015, world leaders committed to step up the efforts to contrast the impacts of climate change and to invest resources consistently with a pathway towards low greenhouse gas emissions and climate-resilient development.
