In the light of the evidences that testify to the dramatic current situation, due to the acceleration of climate change and the consequent impacts, it is interesting to investigate on what strategies are being deployed to make cities resilient. It is necessary to aim at an urban and building development capable of adapting to any situation, where design, construction and management actions must acquire a fundamental role.
