PURPOSE: The purpose of the study is to research the employees' understanding of the CSR concept in IT corporations, the actions taken by the employees, and to find out their opinions on whether these actions are effective.DESIGN/METHODOLOGY/APPROACH: The research method was a diagnostic survey with the use of a research tool – a questionnaire.
