Mangosteen fruit is dubbed as the queen of tropical fruit. This experiment was aimed to produce mangosteen micro shoots in a large number rapidly using Benzyl Amino Purine (BAP) and Gibberellic acid (GA3). This study was conducted at the Agronomy laboratory, Agricultural Faculty, Bengkulu University from March to October 2013. This experiment used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 2 treatment factors. The first factor was BAP concentration, consisting of four levels, namely 0, 5, 10 and 15 mg L-1 . The second factor was GA3 concentration, consisting of five levels, namely 0, 2.5, 5, 7.5, and 10 mg L-1. Every combination of treatment was repeated 5 times.
