The SARS-CoV2 pandemic challenges health care systems worldwide. Within inherited metabolic disorders (IMDs) the vulnerable subgroup of intoxication-type IMDs such as organic acidurias (OA) and urea cycle disorders (UCD) show risk for infection-induced morbidity and mortality.
