I Eligibility regulations for female athletes with high levels of testosterone in athletics in the context of EU law Abstract World Athletics has enacted regulations under which female athletes with certain differences of sex development resulting in high levels of testosterone can compete in the female classification of certain athletic disciplines at international competitions only if their blood testosterone levels are below 5 nmol/L.
