(in English): This thesis explores the possibilities of facilitating post-traumatic growth in the context of individual psychotherapy. The theoretical part summarizes the state of current knowledge on post-traumatic growth. In order to take a more comprehensive view, post-traumatic growth is situated within the broader framework of the trauma therapy process. The theoretical part is concluded with an introduction to the possibilities of facilitating post-traumatic growth. The empirical part deals with the experiences of practicing psychotherapists with post- traumatic growth within their individual practice.
