peer reviewedHIGHLIGHTS • People living with HIV show similar humoral immune responses towards the third dose of SARS-CoV-2 vaccine compared to HIV-negative individuals. • People living with HIV with no prior SARS-CoV-2 infection show reduced T-cell response towards the third dose of SARS-CoV-2 vaccine compared to HIV-negative individuals. • Hybrid immunity induces similar T-cell responses between people living with HIV and HIV-negative individuals.
