Asuhan Keperawatan Pada Tn. R Dengan Diagnosa Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) Di Ruang Seruni A Rumah Sakit Umum Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang

Background: Coronary artery disease is a disease that occurs due to plaque buildup in the coronary blood vessels of the heart. Patients with CAD are very vulnerable to experiencing various health complications, including experiencing a sudden heart attack to the point of a fatal event. Hence this Final Scientific Work of Ners (KIA-N) is to identify nursing care in Mr. R in dealing with health problems with coronary artery disease. Method: KIA-N uses a case study research design to find out the problem of Mr. R with coronary artery disease. This case study is a series of medical surgical nursing processes from assessment, analyzing data, compiling nursing interventions, implementation and evaluation. Data collection obtained from anamnesis and physical examination Results: The results of the study obtained 3 nursing problems, namely the Risk of Decreased Cardiac Output, Anxiety, and Activity Intolerance. Then given cardiac care nursing interventions, reduction of anxiety, and activity tolerance. In addition, patients are also given non-pharmacological therapy in accordance with Evidance Based Nursing. All patient nursing problems are successfully resolved properly after 3 x 24 hours of treatment. Discussion: Nursing problems Risk of Decreased Cardiac Output, Anxiety, and Activity Intolerance in Mr. R with Coronary Artery Disease. It has been done with Health Education about the treatment of patients with coronary artery disease, making a commitment that patients are required to get optimal treatment, lead a healthy lifestyle, and stop risk factors
