To measure the satisfaction of respondents from the results of data collection that has been distributed using the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis). By collecting questionnaires which will be calculated using a Cartesian diagram, 4 points have been obtained which are the main priorities that must be improved, including accessibility and availability of facilities for persons with disabilities, availability of special rooms / places for breastfeeding mothers, adequate toilets and the number of CCTV. the number and condition. Next, calculate the respondent's satisfaction with CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and the results are 70.7 which fall into the value interval 66.00-80.00 which is classified as the satisfied category
