ANALISIS PENGARUH PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI, INDEKS PEMBANGUNAN MANUSIA DAN UPAH MINIMUM TERHADAP TINGKAT KEMISKINAN KABUPATEN/KOTA DI PROVINSI JAWA TIMUR TAHUN 2017-2021

This study aims to explain the effect of the level of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Human Development Index (IPM), and District/City Minimum Wage (UMK) on poverty levels in East Java in 2017-2021. This study uses the type of secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency. The analysis model used is panel data regression with Fixed Effect Model estimation. The results of the analysis show that through (Test F) the value of the problem is known. 0.0000 0.05, HDI is negatively and significantly related to the problem. 0.5774 > 0.05 and the UMK with a prob value. 0.9866 > 0.05 has a negative and significant relationship to the level of poverty in East Java in 2017-2021. The results of this research may be used as a reference for the East Java Government, especially in dealing with problems
