By implementing medical waste management in accordance with Government policy, it can reduce the risk of transmitting Covid-19 from medical waste and can reduce environmental pollution. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method that uses a literature study approach. This method produces data in the form of descriptive data results of the words or utterances of the observed individuals, then observations. This study describes government policies in managing medical waste as a result of Covid-19
