ADVERSITY QUOTIENT (AQ) PADA MAHASISWA DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Students during the COVID-19 pandemic are required to quickly adapt because many learning methods have changed, which previously were face to face, are now done online. This situation makes students need to have a higher Adversity Quotient. Adversity Quotient is a person's ability to face and respond to life's difficulties such as stress, and the difficulties it faces. This study aims to find out how the adversity quotient (AQ) is for students during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is quantitative descriptive. The sample in this study were 74 students. The results of this study indicate that 68.9% of students have a low category of adversity quotient. Other findings show that students tend not to be easily influenced by other people, but when students face difficulties they think that the problem will affect other things in their lives
