PENGUKURAN KINERJA SUPPLY CHAIN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATION REFERENCE (SCOR) DAN ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP)

The SCOR model can demonstrate the relationship between a company's general objectives and SCM's overall operations and can identify, evaluate, and monitor the company's supply chain performance. In the SCOR method, there are 5 main scopes, namely plan, source, deliver, make, and return. In addition, SCOR also uses several general dimensions, namely reliability, responsiveness, flexibility, cost and assets. In this study, it also used the Analytical Hierarchy Process method to determine the performance weight of SCOR attributes. AHP has the advantage of being able to combine objective and subjective elements of a problem. In measuring supply chain performance, it is focused on three levels consisting of Level 1, namely plan, source, make, delivery, return and Level 2, namely: reliability, speed (responsiveness), flexibility (flexibility), cost (cost), assets (assets) and level 3, namely the criteria of each performance indicator consisting of 20 KPIs of course that have been verified by the company. From the results of the comparison of level 1 weighting the performance of the supply chain performance, an inconsistency value of 0.08 was obtained, which means that the value is perfectly consistent of this because the consistency ratio value = 0.1. Based on the table, the plan has a total weight of 0.252, the source has a weight of 0.087, the make has a weight of 0.393, the deliver has a weight of 0.042, the return has a weight of 0.226.
