STUDI LITERATUR PENGARUH PENERAPAN ATRAUMATIC CARE : TERAPI BERMAIN TERHADAP KECEMASAN ANAK SELAMA HOSPITALISASI

Background: Hospitalization can cause anxiety and stress at all age levels of children. Therefore, children need a nursing action to overcome anxiety. Atraumatic care with play therapy can reduce the impact of anxiety due to hospitalization. This study aims to determine the effect of atraumatic care with play therapy in overcoming children's anxiety during hospitalization through a literature study. Methods: This research uses the literature study method. The stages of literature study in this research are problem identification, data search, screening, assessment using JBI Critical Appraisal Tool, data extraction and thematic analysis. There are 4 databases used in this study. Results: Based on the results of the initial screening, there were 4,774,117 articles. After screening 10 articles were obtained and what has been researched has found that there is an effect of applying atraumatic care: play therapy on reducing children's anxiety during hospitalization. Conclusion: Atraumatic care with play therapy using therapeutic play and distraction cards shows the effectiveness of reducing anxiety in children.
