Every field of business requires a strategy that can meet customer satisfaction in order to attract customers and gain loyalty to achieve the goals of the company. Grabfood is a part of PT. Kudo Teknologi Indonesia, which provides a food and beverage delivery service application that has many customers. This study aims to determine the effect of the service quality and pricing provided by Grabfood on Grabfood's customer satisfaction. The study used quantitative methods with 92 samples through the submission of a questionnaire for further analysis using SPSS.
