PENGARUH KOMBINASI AIR KELAPA DAN SEKAM PADI PADA MEDIA TANAM TERHADAP TIGA JENIS JAMUR

White oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) is a type of edible wood mushroom belonging to the Basidiomycota group and Homobasidiomycetes class. Along with the increasing popularity of oyster mushrooms among the public, causing consumer demand and the market for oyster mushrooms to continue to increase in various regions. With the vast potential of Indonesia's natural area which is dominated by tropical rain forests, Indonesia has a great wealth of mushroom diversity and the various benefits contained therein. However, the abundant potential has not been utilized optimally. In fact, along with the rapid it may become extinct before it could be explored and cultivated. Besides using sawdust as a mushroom growing medium, various other wastes containing cellulose can also be used, such as rice husks. Coconut water is rich in Potassium (Potassium) up to 17%. Besides being rich in minerals, coconut water also contains sugar between 1.7% to 2.6% and protein from 0.07% to 0.55%. Other minerals include Sodium (Na), Calcium (Ca), Magnesium (Mg), Ferum (Fe), Cuprum (Cu), Phosphorus (P) and Sulfur (S). Knowing the composition of coconut water and rice husks that are suitable for the growth media of 3 types of mushrooms. And Knowing the effect of adding coconut water and rice husks to the media on the productivity of 3 types of mushrooms. The research was carried out from April 2019 to July 2019 at the Production Unit of the Center for Biotechnology Development, Integrated Land, Faculty of Agriculture-Animal Husbandry, University of Muhammadiyah Malang. The design used was a completely randomized design consisting of 2 factors combined into 12 treatment combinations repeated 3 times and there were 4 populations, so 144 baglogs were needed, 3 samples were taken from these 4 populations. The treatment consisted of M1 100% sawdust and 100 water. %(7.36 kg + 4.7 liters), M2 100% sawdust, 50% water and 50% coconut water(7.36 kg + 2.3 liters + 2.3 liters), M3 50% sawdust, 50% rice husk and 100% water(3.6 kg + 3.6 kg + 4.7 liters), M4 50% sawdust, 50% rice husk, 50% water and 50% coconut water(3.6 kg + 3.6 kg + 2.3 liters + 2.3 liters). The method of data analysis was determined by ANOVA. If it is known that there is a difference between treatments, it can be tested with 5% BNJ. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, several conclusions can be drawn, namely, the addition of nutrients in the form of coconut water to white oyster mushrooms and red oyster mushrooms has an effect on increasing yields. The M2 treatment with the addition of nutrients in the form of coconut water showed results that were not much different from the M1 treatment. The three types of mushrooms that are most influential with the addition of additional nutrients in the form of coconut water are red oyster mushrooms
