The imposition of criminal sanctions in prison on children is not the best solution for giving punishment to children who are perpetrators of narcotics abuse, this is done none other than to avoid causing deep trauma for children in the future and also to protect the rights and interests of the child. This writing discusses what the judge's considerations are in giving prison sentences to children as perpetrators of narcotics abuse and how the construction of criminal sanctions given by judges to children.
