STUDI LITERATUR HUBUNGAN STRATEGI KOPING DENGAN KUALITAS HIDUP PADA PASIEN HEMODIALISIS DI RUMAH SAKIT

Background : Hemodialysis has an influence on the overall quality of life of individuals with renal failure. Hemodialysis, on the other hand, is not a therapy for kidney failure; instead, it is meant to help patients live longer until their kidneys can be restored to normal function. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between coping strategies and quality of life in hemodialysis patients. Methods: This study uses a systematic literature review method. Data were taken from the PubMed, Google Schoolar, Proquest and Willey online library databases, 10 journals with the following criteria: journals updated in the last 5 years, related to "coping strategies with quality of life of hemodialysis patients.”. result : 50% discussed problem-focused coping strategies because they can reduce stress and adapt to the illness they are suffering from. As many as 30% discussed problem-focused coping strategies because with this strategy patients get alternative solutions. As many as 20% discuss coping strategies with religion because with this strategy patients get positive things and ask God. Conclusion : There are 3 coping strategies, namely strategies that focus on emotions, strategies that focus on problems and strategies that focus on. These are coping strategies that are often used by hemodialysis patients
