PENGARUH KOMITMEN PROFESIONAL, PERSONAL COST, DAN MACHIAVELLIAN TERHADAP INTENSI WHISTLEBLOWING DENGAN RETALIASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of professional commitment, personal cost, and machiavellian on the intensity of whistleblowing with retaliation as a moderating variable. The object of this research is the Office of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) Malang. The sampling method used is saturated sampling, which uses the entire population as a sample with a total of 47 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the SmartPLS 3.0 statistical tool. The results of this study indicate that professional commitment affects the intensity of whistleblowing, personal costs affect the intensity of whistleblowing, machiavellian does not affect the intensity of whistleblowing, retaliation fails to moderate the relationship between professional commitment and whistleblowing intensity, successful retaliation moderates the relationship between personal costs and whistleblowing intensity, successful retaliation moderating the relationship between machiavellian and whistleblowing intensity
