SISTEM AKAD PEMBIAYAAN MURABAHAH DI BPR SYARIAH BUMI RINJANI KANTOR PUSAT BATU

Islamic banking is a bank whose implementation depends on sharia rules and in its implementation is free from usury without premiums to customers, the rewards obtained by Islamic banks and those paid by customers depend on the agreement and understanding between customers and Islamic banks. In the arrangement (contract) contained in Islamic banking, it must depend on the terms and principals of the agreement regulated in Islamic sharia. Bumi Rinjani Batu Sharia Financing Bank has one of the financing products, namely murabahah financing. The motivation behind the review is to identify and describe the implementation of the murabahah contract on supporting products at the Bumi Rinjani Batu Sharia People's Financing Bank and to find out the obstacles to the implementation of the murabahah contract at the Bumi Rinjani Batu Sharia People's Financing Bank. The research approach used is a qualitative approach. The result of this research is that the Bumi Rinjani Batu Sharia People's Financing Bank generally provides murabahah financing, and sets the conditions that must be followed by its customers which are practically equivalent to the applicable terms and conditions
