This research is entitled "Customer Perceptions of Customer Service Services at BPRS Bumi Rinjani Batu". This study aims to answer the question: how are customer perceptions of customer service and how efforts must be made by customer service in improving the quality of service to customers at PT. BPRS Bumi Rinjani Batu Malang. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative and uses a Likert scale. The results of the study indicate that the customer service service is very good and has met the relevant work technique guidelines (SOP).
