PERSEPSI NASABAH TERHADAP PELAYANAN CUSTOMER SERVICE DI BPRS BUMI RINJANI

This research is entitled "Customer Perceptions of Customer Service Services at BPRS Bumi Rinjani Batu". This study aims to answer the question: how are customer perceptions of customer service and how efforts must be made by customer service in improving the quality of service to customers at PT. BPRS Bumi Rinjani Batu Malang. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative and uses a Likert scale. The results of the study indicate that the customer service service is very good and has met the relevant work technique guidelines (SOP). Evaluation of the customer service of BPRS Bumi Rinjani Batu includes administration of preparation, serving individual exchanges, completing end-of-day reports. To further develop administration to clients, customer service has made efforts to further develop the quality of administration, particularly such as appearance, administration, information and ability to understand goods and administration. Administrations that must also be improved to influence client support in developing further administration of consumer loyalty include Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy
