HUBUNGAN ANTARA PERSEPSI DENGAN MOTIVASI MAHASISWA AGRIBISNIS DALAM BERWIRAUSAHA

Introduction: The entrepreneurial spirit must be able to emerge from an early age when students are still undergoing lectures, the formation of student motivation in entrepreneurship has been facilitated through entrepreneurship education on campus, but students' views on entrepreneurship need to be evaluated. This study aimed searched the relationship between perceptions and motivation in students to entrepreneurship. Methods: Quantitative research with a cross sectional approach and data collection was carried out directly and using google form. The study was conducted on students of Agribusiness, with 89 students as a sample. The variables in this study are perceptions which consist of indicators of flexible working time, risk tolerance, self-efficacy and student motivation in doing entrepreneurship. Data analysis was performed using Chi Square test with SPSS. Results: The results showed that the flexible working time variable did not have a significant relationship with student entrepreneurial motivation (p = 0.881; X2 0.023). Meanwhile, tolerance for risk (p = 0.000; X2 = 13.562) and self-efficacy (p = 0.000; X2 = 33.608) have a significant relationship with student entrepreneurship motivation. Conclusion: Student motivation in entrepreneurship shows a good category and is related to risk tolerance and self-efficacy factors
