ANALISIS STUDI KELAYAKAN RENCANA PENDIRIAN KEDAI AYAM GEPRAK SAMBAL BAWANG DI JALAN KERTO RAHAYU LOWOKWARU KOTA MALANG

This study aims to determine whether the plan to establish Ayam Geprak Sambal Bawang store is feasible to implement. The analytical method use is quantitative and qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews with business owners and competitors, as well as through documentation. Qualitative methods are used to analyze the feasibility of market and marketing aspects, technical and production aspects, management and organizational aspects, and socio-economic aspects. Quantitative methods are used to analyse financial aspects using investment appraisal calculations. The result of the qualitative analysis show that the market and marketing aspects have potential market opportunities by prioritizing product quality and selecting the right promotional media. The technical and production aspects have strategic business location, are easily accessible by consumers and the production process is easy. Aspects of management and organization are in accordance with the management functions, and the socio-economic aspects provide social and economic benefits to the surrounding community. The result of quantitative analysis obtained that the Payback Period value showed a yield smaller than the investment age of 2 years 8 months, Average Rate of Return (ARR) yielded greater than the minimum profit of 70,4%, positive Net Present Value (NPV) of IDR 22.644.290, Profitability Index produces a value greater than one, which is 1,15%, and the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) produces a value of 56,72%. Based on the result of the analysis, it can be concluded that the plan to establishment a Ayam Geprak Sambal Bawang store is feasible to be implemented
