PENGARUH TINGKAT INFORMASI MELALUI MEDIA SOSIAL TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN MASYARAKAT TENTANG VAKSINASI COVID-19 (Penelitian Dilakukan di Kecamatan Satui, Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu, Kalimantan Selatan)

Background : Corona virus is virus that causes disease in the human immune system. The spread of the corona virus has hit Indonesia on March 2, 2020, according to information published by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. So that the government takes quick steps to prevent its spread by providing information related to preventing the spread of COVID-19 by vaccinating against COVID-19 whose information is disseminated through social media quickly. Objective : Knowing whether or not the influence of information through social media on public knowledge about COVID-19 vaccination in Satui District, South Borneo. Methods : This study is an observational study with cross sectional design. Sampling was done by non probability sampling with accidental sampling method. Sampling was done with slovin formula and obtained total 100 respondent. SPSS 23.0 was used to analyze the data. The analysis chi square was used to determine the correlation between independent variabel and dependent variabel. Result and Conclusions : the level of information through social media about COVID-19 vaccination which is categorized into three, namely good 3%, quite good 74% and not good 23%. and the results of the level of public knowledge about COVID-19 vaccination being good at 9%, quite good at 41% and not good at 50%. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was no significant effect between the level of information through social media on public knowledge about COVID-19 and COVID-19 vaccination which had a P Value of 0,693
