PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN PERSEPSI DUKUNGAN ORGANISASI TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (Studi pada Karyawan Bagian Produksi PT. Wonojati Wijoyo Kediri)

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at PT. Wonojati Wijoyo Kediri with a sample of 78 employees in the production department with a disproportionate stratified random sampling technique. The data collection method with uses likert scale 1-5 and data analysis techniques using Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.3.3 Software. The results showed that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), perceived organizational support does not have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), organizational culture and perceived organizational support have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), organizational culture and perceived organizational support have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) through job satisfaction
