PROFIL USAHA HOME INDUSTRY GERABAH DI DESA PLUMPUNGREJO KECAMATAN KADEMANGAN KABUPATEN BLITAR

This study aims to determine the strategy for the development of the potteryhome industry, the factors that influence the development of the pottery business and to empower the right strategy for the community of pottery home industry craftsmen in Plumpungrejo Village, Blitar Regency. Data collection techniques in this study used interview techniques and documentation of pottery Home Industry craftsmen. The analysis in this study was carried out using the Likert scale and Guttman scale analysis techniques. The results showed that the pottery home industry business profile in Plumpungrejo Village, Kademangan District, Blitar Regency experienced development from year to year. Some of the successes in developing the Home Industry business are the formation of the characteristics of entrepreneurs who must have business persistence as well as creativity and innovation in business developmen
