PENGARUH KUALITAS INFORMASI DAN RISIKO PENGGUNAAN TERHADAP KEPERCAYAAN PENGGUNAAN LAYANAN APLIKASI BNI MOBILE BANKING

This study aims to examine the effect of information quality and usage risk on the trustworthiness of using the BNI Mobile Banking application. This type of research is an associative quantitative research with 62 respondents from accounting study program students at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang. Determination of the number of samples is done by non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The data in this study were obtained from the distribution of questionnaires distributed online using google from which had been filled in by the respondents. The research data were analyzed using the outer model and inner model tests which contained convergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reliability, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results obtained in this study are that the quality of information has a significant positive effect on the trustworthiness of using the BNI Mobile Banking application and the risk of use has an insignificant negative effect on the trust in the use of the BNI Mobile Banking application
