PENGARUH KOMBINASI SINGLE TASK TRAINING DENGAN DUAL TASK TRAINING TERHADAP KESEIMBANGAN DINAMIS PADA LANSIA DI POSYANDU 2 DESA SIDOMULYO KOTA BATU

Background: Dynamic balance is a person's ability to maintain balance in a state of motion such as when walking. Single task training is a modified exercise with exercise tandem walking. Dual task training is an exercise with the control system method posture with cognitive assistance to stay coordinated.Combination Exercise Single Dual Task Training aims whether there is an effect on increasing balance in the elderly. Objective: Knowing the effect of the combination of single task training with dual task training on balance in the elderly at Posyandu 2, Sidomulyo Village, Batu City. Research Methods: The method used is pre-experimental one group pretest designposttest with treatment carried out for 4 weeks with a frequency of 3 times a week. Before being given treatment, respondents were measured using the Time Up and Go Test (TUGT). The total sample was 21 elderly people who met the exclusion inclusion criteria.
