PENGARUH STRES KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA DRIVER OJEK ONLINE GOJEK DI KABUPATEN JOMBANG

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, work environment and performance on online gojek motorcycle drivers in Jombang Regency. This research is a survey research with quantitative data type, the population in this study is a gojek driver in Jombang Regency totaling 50 people using probability random sampling. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires through google form. The data analysis techniques used were scale range, multiple linear regression with 5% significance level and T test with the help of SPSS. The results showed that there was no significant effect of work stress on the performance of gojek drivers in Jombang Regency, but there was an insignificant effect of the work environment on the performance of gojek drivers in the Regency
