Minat Masyarakat Terhadap Permintaan Asuransi BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Di Kota Probolinggo

This study aims to determine public interest in the demand for BPJS Employment insurance in Probolinggo City. The method of analysis in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, and the data used are primary data obtained through the results of filling out questionnaires by respondents, namely from the total income, education level, and age of the respondent. The sample in this study is company workers who have become participants in the Probolinggo City Employment BPJS in 2020, with the sampling technique used, namely Purposive Sampling and the Slovin formula so as to obtain a sample of 100 respondents. The analysis used is multiple linear regression model, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simultaneous test (f test), partial test (t test) and coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that partially (t test) that the variables of income, education level and age had a positive and significant effect on the demand for BPJS employment insurance for company workers in Probolinggo City. Simultaneously (f test) that the variables of income, education level, and age together affect the demand for BPJS employment insurance for company workers in Probolinggo City
