PENERAPAN TERAPI OKUPASI DAN TERAPI AFIRMASI POSITIF PADA Tn.W DENGAN DIAGNOSA HARGA DIRI RENDAH KRONIS DI UPT BINA LARAS PASURUAN

Background : Mr. W (43 years old) is a schizophrenic client with chronic low self-esteem who is being treated at UPT. Bina Laras Pasuruan since 2020. We also see that it will be a little difficult to intervene in the client because the signs that appear in the client are signs of chronic low self-esteem. Objective: The purpose of this study is to analyze nursing care and interventions given to Mr. W schizophrenic client with chronic low self-esteem. Methods: The assessment was conducted on September 14, 2021 at UPT. Bina Laras Pasuruan. Based on data analysis, a diagnosis can be made based on the IDHS, namely 3 main nursing problems that arise, namely: Chronic low self-esteem b.d Exposure to traumatic situations, Risk of violent behavior b.d History of rejection, Self-care deficit: Bathing & dressing up. Results: The results we got after providing the intervention were only partially resolved. Because the client requires continued intervention in a controlled and scheduled manner, due to the limited time of students in providing intervention. However, at the time of intervention the client had shown little progress
