PENINGKATAN KEBUTUHAN DAN PENATAAN RUANG PARKIR DI RUMAH SAKIT ISLAM KALIANGET KABUPATEN SUMENEP

Parking is an element of facilities that cannot be separated from the road transportation system as a whole, if parking is not orderly it will disrupt the stability of traffic flow. Basically Kalianget Islamic Hospital has provided parking facilities which are divided into two places, namely indoor and outdoor parking according to the type of vehicle, the two places do not meet the parking standards with parking capacity not meeting so that the circulation path is used until there is on street parking for cars. Efforts to increase the need and arrangement of parking spaces need to be solved by conducting research using quantitative methods assisted by Microsoft Excel to analyze the number of vehicles entering and leaving. The result of this research is that the maximum parking volume for motorbikes is 2411 motorbikes/day, the maximum accumulation is 312 vehicles with a parking index of 95% and the maximum volume of cars is 583 cars/day, the maximum accumulation is 58 vehicles with a parking index of 112%. The use of a parking pattern that is suitable to be applied to motorcycles uses an island parking pattern with a combination angle of 60o and 90o and for cars uses a one-sided and two-sided parking pattern with each angle of 90o, for motorcycle parking space needs an area of 471 m² or SRP 314 is 2 SRP more than peak hour accumulation, while car vehicles require 1035 m² of land or SRP 69 11 SRP more than peak hour accumulation with parking index reaching 84%
