IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM DESA LAYAK ANAK DI KAMPUNG RAMAH ANAK KOTA BATU SEBAGAI PILOT PROJECT DESA LAYAKANAK DI KOTA BATU

In the context of implementing global sustainable development, namely the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), wich include the objectives of gender equality and empowering woman and children, KemenPPPA organizes the Child Friendly Village Program as a form of protection and fulfillment of children’s rights at the village level. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the Child Friendly Villages in Punten Village, Batu City and identify factors that influence the implementation of policies using Van Meter’s and Van Horn’s theory of policy implementation, by using their variable such as standards and objectives, supporting resources, characteristics of implementing organizations, inter-organizational communication and strengthening activities, attitude of implementers, and economic, social and political conditions. This study uses qualitative research with data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews. The data analysis technique used consisted of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion examination. The results of the study indicate that the Child Friendly Village Program in Batu City adopted the success of the Child Friendly Village in Punten Village by applying the concept of "Child Friendly Gang" with the result that the number of Child Friendly Villages increased from 2019-2022. However, several things that need to be improved from the program are still not optimal involvement from the business world, as well as proper environmental control for children
