This study examines the effect of work family conflict on turnover intention with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research was conducted at Kapal Garden Hotel with a sample of 30 employees. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used scale range analysis and partial least squares (PLS). The results of this study indicate that the calculation of the work family conflict level scale shows the value in the moderate category, job satisfaction shows a satisfied value, turnover intention shows the results with the value in the moderate category.
