This research is based on the impact assessment of the active element of injection moulding tools. The quality of the tool surface has a significant effect on the filling and cooling efficiency. Our goal is to create a uniform structure on the cavity’s surface that results in a high degree of orientation during the injection moulding process. A special experimental tool is needed for the research. Our design was based on the results of previous experimental research and preliminary criteria.
