All major frameworks for programming Quantum Computers (Qiskit, Cirq, Rigetti) currently have optimization algorithm libraries such as Quantum Approximate Opti mization Algorithm (QAOA), Variational Quantum Eigensolver (VQE). [1] [2] . Even the adiabatic computers of D-WAVE [3], which are not considered universal, have shown advantages in solving certain optimization problems called Quadratic Unconstrained Bi nary Optimization (QUBO). These algorithms can be applied to computer problems or to others less related to Computer Science, such as Finance or Chemistry
