Objectives: During the COVID-19 pandemics we have seen in critically ill COVID-19 patients treated in the intensive care unit the parallel outbreak of multidrug resistant Gram-negative bacteria bloodstream infections, mainly Acinetobacter baumannii and Klebsiella pneumoniae.
