The paper is an original part of the study: the deformation of air temperature limits (urban heat islands ΔT > 0), the daily changes of air temperature in Warsaw (University of Warsaw - town, Okęcie - peripheries), the tendencies in air temperature (defined by δT/δt, t - time, ºC·h⁻¹) in Warsaw, spectrum and periods (Θ) changes of air temperature differences (ºC) between the town (Astronomical Observatory) and its peripheries (Okęcie) in Warsaw (1951-2000), the dependence of the difference (ΔT) between the town and its peripheries on index NAO in Warsaw (1951-2000)
