A Few Comments on Spanish Legal Collocations

The following article tries to reflect the actual state of the colocation concept in the legal language. The main purpose of this article is to analyse those studies that have been done in relation to the language used in the field of law and how these colocations are seen within. The article will also analyse the possible classifications that could be used to analyse the texts or legal speeches and the application this could have in other areas of knowledge or in the teaching of Spanish as a foreign language.El presente artículo trata de realizar un recorrido por el actual estado de la cuestión con respecto al concepto de colocación para vislumbrar las últimas investigaciones que se han realizado en este campo. Nuestra principal finalidad es analizar aquellos estudios relativos a los lenguajes de especialidad, concretamente el lenguaje jurídico, y cómo se conciben las colocaciones en este ámbito, así como la posible clasificación que podría emplearse a la hora de analizar los textos o discursos legales para su aplicación en otros campos del conocimiento o en la didáctica del español como lengua extranjera
