Celem pracy było zbadanie aktywności przeciwdrobnoustrojowej tkanin bawełnianych przeznaczonych na podszewki do obuwia. Badaniem objęto próbę kontrolną bez wykończenia przeciwdrobnoustrojowego oraz cztery próby tkaniny bawełnianej modyfikowane preparatami zawierającymi w swoim składzie środki nadające materiałom właściwości hydrofobowe i przeciwdrobnoustrojowe. Badania wykonano w odniesieniu do dwóch bakterii: Staphylococcus aureus i Escherichia coli oraz grzybów Aspergillus niger i drożdży Candida albicans. Tkaniny bawełniane modyfikowane preparatami zawierającymi Sanitized T99-19 wykazywały dobry efekt hamujący wzrost bakterii S. aureus i E. coli. Poza tym tkaniny te wykazywały średni lub dobry efekt przeciwgrzybowy wobec grzybów A. niger...
