It is difficult to imagine even the most basic of legislative bodies operating effectively without being aided by a support staff administration. Members of Parliament (MPs), as representatives, legislators and scrutinizers of the government, constitute the operating core of the structure. Parliamentary administrations constitute a mini-organization within the structure and provide support and specific services to the organization outside the operating work flow.
