International audienceThis paper describes a multiphysical modelling of electrical, thermal and mechanical phenomena applied to low power electrical machines. Authors of this work apply this work to an industrial application for automotive manufactures. In this way, the application concerns electrical low power machines with permanent magnets and mechanical brushes. It is modelled with electromechanical and thermal equations solved for a transient functioning state. The simulated results are then validated thanks to experimental measurements. Finally, this paper describes a general followed methodology for solving coupled physical phenomena
