International audienceOBJECTIVE: To define the vascular and nervous relationships of the uterosacral ligament and to analyze histologically its content for a better description of this structure. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Three fresh fetal cadavers, three embalmed and one fresh adult cadavers were used.
