Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/Protein kinase B/Mammalian target of rapamycin (PI3K/Akt/mTOR) signaling pathway is abnormally active in the growth and proliferation of cancer cells. The inhibition of PI3K kinase can effectively block the conduction of signaling pathways and is an ideal target for drug design.
