This article addresses the relationship between physical-sports activity andfeeding in adolescents and young people. Through these lines, it is intended to review how, andto what extent, the concept of "body building" intervenes in this relationship, andespecially, how diet, exercise and exercise are socially and culturally relatedsport.El presente artículo aborda la relación existente entre actividad físico-deportiva y alimentación en adolescentes y jóvenes.
