Im Rahmen dieser Abschlussarbeit werden Grundlagen zu Klasse-FLeistungsverstärker erläutert. Es werden zwei Klasse-F-Verstärker realisiert und untersucht. Des Weiteren wird in einem Simulationsmodell gezeigt, welchen Einfluss Resonatoren auf die Wellenformen am Drain haben. Es wird eine Methode erläutert, welche einfach und effizient die optimalen Impedanzen für das Eingangs- und Ausgangsnetzwerk von Leistungsverstärkern berechnet.This thesis explains the basics of class F power amplifiers.
