Im Rahmen dieser Bachelorarbeit wird ein Speicherprototyp für makroverkapselte Phasenwechselmaterialien entwickelt, realisiert und hinsichtlich seiner Speicherkapazität sowie der Energiespeicherdichte messtechnisch bewertet. Zudem wird eine mögliche Verbesserung der Be- und Entladezeiten untersucht. Die Kapazitätssteigerung gegenüber einem konventionellen Kaltwasserspeicher gleichen Volumens und gleicher Kapazität soll sowohl für den Speicherprototyp sowie für einen hochskalierten PCM-Speicher theoretisch beleuchtet werden.
