In dieser Arbeit wird ein Verfahren zur Analyse und Synthese von Gitarrenklängen vorgestellt. Das Signal wird dabei separat mit seinem tonalen und transienten Anteil modelliert. Der tonale Anteil wird mit einem sinusoidalen Modelling verarbeitet, der transiente Anteil mit einem Modelling, welches die Wavelet-Transformation nutzt. Es wird auf die Theorie der Wavelet-Transformation, sowie ihre Möglichkeiten in der Klang-Modellierung eingegangen.
