Terahertz frequency spectroscopy (1012 Hz) has its application in Tele-communication, Medical, Security and it is also an extension of microwave and millimeter wave bands. Those cells in the human body which have selective wavelength interaction when exposed to terahertz frequency will absorb, reflect or scatter light that is based on tissue water content. Therefore it is essential to ensure safety limits for its radiation exposure in tissue. Monte Carlo simulation method is being used to find dosimetry calculations for terahertz frequency radiations.
